Gift cards are available in any dollar amount,
so you can customize services and packages.
Child Policy - Due to insurance liability, for the courtesy of
others and your comfort, children 12 and under are permitted
in the salon for their scheduled appointments only. For your visit, we request that you make proper childcare arrangements.
What if I have to cancel my appointment? - If you must
reschedule your appointment, please notify us 12 hours beforehand.
What if I am late for an appointment? - Please arrive 10
minutes before your scheduled appointment. Your technician
will do his/her best to accommodate you.
Cell Phones - If you must receive calls during your visit,
please switch your phone to "vibrate".
Clothing - Robes will be available for all clients.
Refund Policy - There will be no refunds for products that
you buy; you may, however, exchange the product for another
type of product with the same value amount. Gift cards are
non-refundable.
